Manchester New Square

We are delivering a wide package of superstructure works, which includes installing the tower crane base anchor, providing hydraulic jumpform works, putting in the post-tension concrete slabs and overseeing the placement of 10,200m3 of reinforced concrete. Once completed, the Manchester New Square development will transform the skyline of this thriving city in the northwest of the UK.

Manchester New Square will offer more than 350 luxury residences. These one-,two- and three bedroom apartments will be spread across three buildings, which will tower above an existing four storey, reinforced concrete basement.

On the ground floor of each building, there will be ample space set aside for a range of commercial uses, including cafés, restaurants and public venues. The four-level basement will supply parking for over 250 vehicles and bicycles
