Yesterday, Careys Plant & Fleet division held its third annual Supply Chain Partners event at the iconic Wembley Stadium, a stone’s throw away from Careys head office and plant facility.
The event welcomed over 50 supply chain partners, communicating the underlying key values, electronic systems and importance of partners within Careys Plant & Fleet. During the presentation speakers covered various topics highlighting the history and wider capabilities of the Group, our strategy and vision and purpose, processes and roles of the Plant & Fleet team. The event also welcomed guest speaker, Bob Cummins (CEO and Founder of SODAK) who introduced the importance of behavioural design to drive the objectives and long-term strategy of Careys, supply chain partners and the wider industry.
Shortly after the presentations closed, attendees were given an exclusive tour of the stadium, visiting private areas of the England football team’s home ground, including the media theatre, the teams changing room and tunnel. The event was a phenomenal success and to thank guests for attending a networking reception was held.
