Our teams scope of work includes:

  • Demolition
  • Sub-structure works
  • Construction four reinforced concrete frames
    - Block A1 – 11 storey
    - Block A2 – 9 storey
    - Block B1 – 7 storey
    - Block B2 – 3 storey

In addition, the building incorporates flexible commercial space dedicated car parking spaces and is continuing on the expansion plans the city has for the future.

The team will be using Hunnenbeck’s new jumpform ring, the first in the UK, as well as lightweight formwork for all columns and a panel system for the horizontal formwork called Topmax which requires limited use of the tower crane. Edge protection on the Topmax is designed in to the panel system so that it does not need to be installed on each level, rather just folded back in to position.

We look forward to commencing work on site with Galliford Try and delivering our latest project in Milton Keynes, further adding to our Milton Keynes University Hospital Project, also with Galliford Try.

I am extremely humbled by the energy and passion the team has put into our sustained growth as we continue to secure key projects like this with repeat clients. This helps us to fulfil our ultimate vision to be the most trusted and socially responsible construction company, that people are proud to work with.
